Woohoo, so now I have category pictures like Slashdot. Just thought I had to make my page a little different than bobomega's, and prove that i have so much more skill with pmachine and php than anyone else :D

Also, Many of you have gotten to know my roommate, Rick (Handle: Rombus). He has finally gotten his beheamoth server online, at http://omghosting.net
Don't know what I need the server for, but we're all watching to see what comes out of it.
To be honest, it owns the hell out of trancender with 4 200MHz Pentium Pro processors and about 9 SCSI Hard Drives. And it weighs like 500lbs too.. Gentoo Linux and the works.

thought you said your connection to the outside of the world sucked? and you know i dont care if you can play with pmachine more then me. beacuse i know i am alot more lazy then you. the only thing it owns of mine is the fact i have no hdd space. dual gigahertz baby! |

It does, once i get the server where i want it (Stable and secure, and where i dont have to worry about running home to fix it) i plan on moving it to a cable connection in my house untill i can get my own place (or a house, or something without 7KB up) btw, its only 5 scsi drives, but a gig of ram lol |

lol, Server Wars! Teh Return of the l33t. OMGHosting is sorta crap right now, I didnet think the on campus upload speeed was THAT Bad, but anyone who is off campus has a bunch of trouble accessing it. So i may have to move up the plans to move it to a better connection. |
